Our services
Website design, hosting, maintenance, and support services are provided by Nexa Web Design. Project scope, timeline, and final pricing are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Hosting and uptime
Hosting services rely on trusted third-party infrastructure and providers. While we strive for reliable uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Third-party services
Nexa Web Design is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers, domain registrars, hosting platforms, internet service providers, payment processors, or other external services beyond our control.
Client content and rights
Clients are solely responsible for all text, images, logos, trademarks, products, services, and other content they request to be published on their website. Clients represent that they have the legal rights to all content they provide.
Requests we may decline
Nexa Web Design reserves the right to refuse requests that violate applicable laws or infringe on the rights of others.
Maintenance plan scope
The monthly hosting and maintenance plan includes secure hosting, SSL, routine maintenance, monitoring, minor content updates, and ongoing support. It does not include full redesigns or new feature development.
Recurring Billing & Cancellation
Website Hosting & Maintenance costs $35 per month. The subscription automatically renews monthly until it is canceled. Customers may cancel at any time through their Nexa billing portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the existing subscription configuration, and no further monthly charges are made once the cancellation becomes effective.
Intellectual property
Upon final payment, clients receive rights to the completed website content and design assets produced specifically for their project.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to services and terms
Services may be updated or modified as needed to improve reliability, security, or functionality. These terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
